Actions speak louder than words – when we see someone that needs help we act. From our response to the global pandemic where we held off 80% of all new instructions to support NHS front line workers to support for the Ukraine, we are constantly looking for ways to help protect people – Corporate Social Responsibility is core to our DNA.
In October 2022 we were made aware of Alex’s story. He had just finished building his family home in Eastern Ukraine when Russia invaded – he lost everything.
He was separated from his wife and young daughter who took refuge in the UK. Months later Alex was reunited with his family but had nothing. Alex was keen to work in the fire detection and security industry in line with his background. We met Alex at a local Screwfix, purchased him clothing, work boots and a variety of tools before securing several weeks work experience with one of our clients in the fire & security sector in Poole, Dorset.
We were extremely proud to help Alex who is now progressing his career in the UK.
Within the first few weeks of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine we purchased and donated a volume of non-lethal aid to the Ukraine to help them defend their country and civilian population.
The logistics involved in shipping these items via Poland proved extremely challenging. We also worked hard to provide extra translations for all technical equipment as well as Ukraine markings so that troops could identify each other easily.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we expanded our support beyond sleep packs to manufacture face shields, which we supplied free of charge to multiple schools and nursing homes.
We collaborated with sponsors, and sourced the best materials and components before assembling and shipping to sites throughout England and Wales.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we were keen to support as many front-line NHS workers as possible. From March 2020 we held off 80% of all new instructions and worked tirelessly to assist paramedics and critical care staff to achieve the best quality sleep possible in order to recharge given the demands of their roles. We sourced the highest quality items we could for ‘sleep packs’, including low rebound memory foam sleep masks, herbal sleep supplements, hand sanitiser and reusable silicone ear plugs.
We proudly provided our sleep packs to over 110 NHS front line workers throughout Hampshire and Dorset (Ringwood Ambulance Station, Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Southampton General Hospital). Alongside everyone in the UK, we echo a huge thanks to all NHS workers for the vital support they are providing to so many.
Our founder has a strong background within sports – we are therefore delighted to sponsor an under 8’s team at New Milton Town Robins in Hampshire for the third year in a row (2023)

We all rely so heavily on the Fire Brigade, Police and Ambulance when we need them the most.
Building upon the support that we provided for Ringwood Ambulance station during the pandemic, we purchased Spa vouchers and donated them to Christchurch Fire Station in February 2023 so that 2 crew members could treat themselves to luxury massages given the demands of their roles to keep us all safe.
