Where concerns relate to employee conduct, we are experienced in engaging in forensic investigations that cover both qualitative and quantitative data sources – this includes recorded meetings/production of transcripts, business security systems, analysis of electronic devices, company credit/fuel cards, vehicle tracking etc. We then produce detailed witness statements and source data as well as comprehensive reports that work for business owners, HR Managers/Directors and employment lawyers alike.
Investigations must be handled fairly and in line with the ACAS guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters.
